No Refund Policy
At American Cosmetics Manufacturers Association (ACMA), we strive to provide high quality services and ensure complete customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our offerings, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
Policy Details:
- All sales are final. Once a purchase is made, it cannot be refunded, exchanged, or canceled.
- No exceptions will be made for any reason, including but not limited to hange of mind or dissatisfaction with the service.
- Failure to read service descriptions
- Technical issues (unless caused by a verifiable fault on our end, in which case we will provide a resolution other than a refund)
Dispute Resolution:
If you encounter an issue with your purchase, please contact us at acma@acma.us within 3 days of purchase. While refunds are not permitted, we may offer replacements of services other resolutions at our sole discretion.
Chargeback's & Payment Disputes:
Filing unauthorized chargeback's or payment disputes may result in account suspension, legal action, or being barred from future purchases.
