American Cosmetic Manufacturers Association - ACMA

The American Cosmetic Manufacturers Association "ACMA" is a non-profit trade association representing cosmetic manufacturers and distributors, located in the heart of Washington D.C.

ACMA is globally recognized by both American and international stakeholders as a leading authority in the cosmetic trade industry.   ACMA Certificates are highly regarded and widely accepted across the international cosmetic market.

ACMA advocates and works on members' behalf to address regulatory authorities regarding cosmetic industry issues and keeps them fully informed on the practical application of the EU Cosmetic Regulation and any future changes ahead of when they occur, ensuring members stay informed and compliant.

No Annual Fee. ACMA Membership is free.

Membership gives access to our online program which leads members to obtain certificates for U.S. made products based upon their credentials. For this purpose, ACMA has developed a self-help program which allows companies to create their own certificates for export. The program focuses on the most requested export certificates:

All ACMA certificates are issued and apostilled, or authenticated and certified from the rquired foreign country embassy based upon the destination country.
The price to obtain a certificate with an Apostille for any Hague convention participating country is $150 per certificate. The price is slightly higher for certificates destined for non participating countries.
