ACMA Certification Services
ACMA's mission is to support the export of American made cosmetics.
We keep the prices for our services as low as possible, to support our members.
ACMA membership is free of charge. However, if you haven’t used our services for more than one year, your membership will be deactivated.
ACMA certificates may only be used for exporting products. Each certificate issued by ACMA must state the name of the country for which it will be used.
ACMA will complete every certificate with the proper Apostille or Authentication as required by the destination country.
ACMA will bill for the service. The bill will be included with the document except for the countries of UAE, Sudan, China and Bolivia. These countries require payment before documents are processed.
ACMA will issue your certificate, certify it, and have it apostilled by the Maryland Secretary of State for a total price of $150.00, which includes the Apostille fee.
Turnaround time is approximately one week.
This fee is applicable in the following countries:

ACMA legalizes certificates for use in the NON-Hague Convention countries.
ACMA will issue your certificate, have it certified by Maryland Secretary of State, authenticated by U.S. Department of State, and have it legalized from the relevant embassy.
The price will be $218.00 per document plus the embassy legalization fee.
